Skin and Bones

We all have defintions of what we think makes a woman attractive. Big breasts, pretty eyes or something else. That definition sometimes changes by our level of maturity and where we are at in life.

Still the self image that we create for our young women has to be questioned. Look I like pretty girls too but when we see these young actresses that are stick thin it is bad enough.

But when we see established actresses such as Demi Moore and Julie Bowen appear in public like they are refugees from a starving country what kind of messages are we sending not only to young girls but women in general.

It just does not look healthy.
