Yesterday the rumblings came true and the first polls showing Newt Gingrich leading in the Republican Polls come out. Seriously how would you like to be Mitt Romney. Clearly your party does not like you. You might do well in a National Election but good luck getting there.
Two months ago Newt could be seen on television advising that any of Obama's advisors who had worked, advised or consulted with Fannie and Freddie Mac should resign or be fired.
Yesterday it was revealed that he was paid 1.6 million in consulting fees by Freddie Mac at the height of the boom. As my Dad used to say "he may be smart but he sure is dumb.". The height of hypicrocy. Obama must be funneling cash contributions to Newt.
